Special classroom activities, assemblies and programs have been scheduled for February by many District of Columbia Public Schools to celebrate Black History Month. Nalle Elementary School, 50th and C streets SE - Tuesday, 1:15 p.m., travel lecture and exhibit on African countries and culture; Wednesday, 1:30 p.M., mock TV show hosting eight famous black Americans portrayed by fifth and sixth graders.
