25 Strawberry Recipes
I love strawberry season, plump, fresh, juicy strawberries. Nothing is better than hand picking them. As long as my children have been able to walk we’ve been going to our Favorite U-pick and gathering only the best strawberries.
We’ve been picking 4 times already this season and hope to go again next weekend. In the meantime, I wanted to share some of my favorite strawberry recipe finds from around blogland.

Post script: Joan passed away in her sleep on October 22, 2015. She went to bed feeling nauseous (whichis one of thesigns of heart attacks in women) and never woke up. Please learn the signs of heart attack in women (they are different thanfor men) and if you have high blood pressure or family history of heart disease, don’t brush off nausea as just the flu. Joan made it very clear that she wanted her work to continue in the event of her death so her family is working to keep Joan’s dream alive. In the days following her death, Joan’s fellow bloggers started a twitter campaign #ChocolateForJoan and #chocolateeverydamnday. We hope you’ll join us in honoring Joan’s memory by having chocolate every day.

When I was younger, I was constantly in the kitchen helping my mom bake. It was fun getting to play with the flour and always getting to lick the spoon. I’ve always expressed an interest in baking and now I feel that it’s the right time for me to take over. I am a college student working towards a nursing degree as well as a full-time aunt to the sweetest little kids (they might pop up in some of the posts). Gorgeous round up of strawberry recipes. Thanks for including a couple of mine. Lyla and I got rained out from our annual Strawberry festival and picking day. Such a bummer! Maybe we can still get it in so we can try some of these fabulous recipes.
