In a new episode of “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter,” airing on Thursday, April 17, Mackenzie learns she’s having twins.

The casts of “Teen Mom OG” and “Teen Mom 2” face the reality of parenthood at different stages. “For these Teen Moms, starting a new chapter means they will have to turn the page on past traumas, complicated relationships and more, on a series that is all about what comes next,” MTV wrote about the show.
In season two episode 27, “Mackenzie learns she’s having twins, Leah gets Ali medically cleared for her drivers test, Bentley and Ryan spend time together, Amber rekindles her relationship with her mom and Cheyenne breaks down over her fertility, feeling unsupported by Zach.”
